the hotel staff was helpful. they were attentive to my needs (which i appreciated). the location is good. it allows for walking to restaurants, shopping malls, bars, and markets.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud. it was not properly controlled. the bathtub lacked a separate shower. i felt unsafe getting out of it.

i think the breakfast was good. it had a wide range of foods from 0600 every day. i especially liked the egg station. the noodle station was also very good i must say.
the service was very poor. i was staying there four nights but one day, i put the sign "gone fishing" on the door. however, the room was still not cleaned when i returned at night. i didn't expect service like this, not really.

The breakfast had a lot of choices. the staff were friendly, especially jenny at reception. She was very helpful. ann in room service was friendly as well.
the air conditioning unit was loud. it was difficult to control. getting out of the bathtub felt unsafe, as there's no separate shower.
